Sally Garrett is a Naarm/ Melbourne based artist who predominantly works with acrylic paint, oil pastel and oil stick on natural linen. Still life scenes of fruit, flowers and Batik fabrics collected in her travels are her main source of inspiration.
The paintings capture the transient nature of memory and perception, reshaping the ephemeral into softly, luminous compositions.
