Orders

How do I place an order?
Select your item, add it to cart, and checkout via our secure Shopify checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment methods shown at checkout via Shopify’s secure payment system.

Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes. We offer Afterpay, allowing you to pay in four interest-free instalments on eligible purchases. Simply select Afterpay at checkout. Eligibility criteria and Afterpay's terms and conditions apply.

Shipping & Pickup

Where do you ship?
We ship within Australia. International shipping is not currently available for our vintage furniture and lighting.

Do you offer pickup?
Yes. All vintage furniture is pickup only from Brooklyn, Victoria, Australia. Pickup details will be provided after purchase.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Made to order pieces may have variable dispatch timeframes depending on whether they are ready-made, made to order, or produced in limited runs. Timeframes will be noted on the product page or confirmed after purchase.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. Tracking is provided once your order has been dispatched where applicable.

Returns

Do you offer returns?
Vintage furniture and made to order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund for change of mind.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery at hello@jolielaide.com.au with photos.
