Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Products
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and images may vary depending on your device or screen settings.
We specialise in vintage furniture, curated objects, and featured designer pieces. Many items are one of a kind or limited in nature.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities of any product
- Discontinue products at any time
- Update product descriptions or pricing without notice
- Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.
An order is considered accepted once it has been processed and prepared for pickup or dispatch. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices may be updated at any time without notice. Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout before purchase is completed.
Payment
We accept payment through Shopify’s secure payment providers. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
Pickup & Shipping
All vintage furniture is pickup only from Brooklyn, Victoria, Australia. Customers are responsible for arranging collection and transport.
Featured designer or artist pieces may be:
- ready to ship, or
- made to order / produced in limited runs
Because of this, dispatch timeframes may vary and will be listed where possible or confirmed after purchase.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details regarding returns and refunds.
All vintage furniture, featured designer pieces, and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund for change of mind.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery at hello@jolielaide.com.au

All content on this website, including images, branding, logos, product descriptions, and designs, is the property of Jolie Laide and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the website
