Return Policy
Vintage Furniture
All vintage furniture is final sale and not eligible for return or refund for change of mind.
Furniture is sold on a pickup basis from Brooklyn, Victoria. Customers are responsible for requesting extra pictures and videos if not supplied as a remote means to inspect items before purchase and arranging transport.
Natural wear, patina, and imperfections are part of vintage character and are not considered faults.
Made-to-Order Pieces
All made-to-order pieces are final sale unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery at hello@jolielaide.com.au.
Please include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
We will assess and provide a remedy where required, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Furniture (Pickup Only)
All vintage furniture is to be picked up from our studio in Brooklyn, Victoria just 5 mins from Yarraville.
Customers are responsible for their own collection and transport. Once full payment has been made we can liase with your courier of choice. We can recommend a few reliable couriers to assist you.
Our address and any extra pickup details will be provided by email after purchase.

If purchasing furniture from interstate we can work with your courier to ensure there is a smooth process for you remotely. Updating you through the process each step of the way.
Purchasing artists from Australia
Items purchased may be ready to ship, made to order, or produced in limited runs. Because of this, dispatch timeframes can vary.
Timeframes to complete product will be listed in item descriptions
For people purchasing from Australia shipping will be applied at checkout. For international sales please contact us and we can quote shipping and invoice you separately.
International shipping may be required for selected pieces.
Purchasing artists from Overseas
Items purchased may be ready to ship, made to order, or produced in limited runs. Because of this, dispatch timeframes can vary.

Overseas products will be shipped directly from the maker and where possible we will include shipping costs at checkout.
Standard Orders (if applicable)
Standard in-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on location and courier. All timeframes are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.
